Develop custom internal and external web applications in a team environment; working closely with developers, business managers, and end-users to design intuitive web interfaces. Support QA and end-user testing for custom built applications. Experience includes: E-commerce, Intranets, B2B, Corporate, and Small Business.

I have designed, implemented and launched over 10 custom and unique web interfaces for GeoVera Insurance, please contact me to request a demo.

Create and manage product and corporate identities for several insurance companies owned by the parent company. I am the logo police.

Responsible for creation and production of internal and external advertising and promotional campaigns, as well as corporate print collateral - from devising a concept, creating a design, and delivering the final product. This includes the creation, design and production of logos, letterhead, brochures, flyers, web graphics, signage, marketing kits, framed artwork, etc.

Observe the user experience, and suggest new tools and technologies to increase productivity. Train employees in desktop publishing, troubleshooting, html, and design techniques. Create interactive Flash training movies for large web audiences.

SVC Experience
    Silicon Valley College; Walnut Creek, CA; August 2001 - March 2003

A 20 hour per week course of study that focuses on print, Web, and multimedia design. The "Learn By Doing" philosophy of Silicon Valley College included client interaction, time-tracking and storyboarding in the curriculum. Coursework included: Illustration, interface design, web design, webserver technology, digital photo editing, and multimedia. During this experience, I led a team of student designers to develop and design GRASP (Graphics Resource and Student Portal), an Intranet site built to provide design research information to graphics students.

Computer Consultant (under contract to Pacific Bell)
    Setka Consulting, Inc.; San Ramon, CA; June 1998 - November 1999

Organized and managed a PC Help Desk for Year 2000 issues, supporting 30,000 users nationwide. Built technical writing and data management skills. Trained three empolyees in troubleshooting and customer service techniques.
